Can you Guess the Diagnosis?

Presented by A Stephen and B Ticho.

Overview: This 3-year old patient presents with a unilateral, soft, yellow mass under the temporal upper eyelid. This congenital mass is tumor-like and is composed of normal components, although these components are abnormal to the site of development. This mass tends to be asymptomatic but can cause astigmatism in the presenting eye. These masses are managed by observation or surgical excision.
