I have been a patient with Ticoh Eye for many years. The doctors and staff and always on time, courteous, thorough, and take time to explain pros, cons, and expectations of different options suggested for improved vision covering a range of options for dry eye, contacts, glasses and eye drops for vision as well as discussing cataract status and future options to consider. The support staff always takes time to carefully select frames that compliment your face, are designed for your vision needs and make you look and feel like yourself!! Products are always delivered within the time promised and after care for frames, contacts or other services is managed efficiently and with the patient experience being of the utmost importance. Dr Koutnik was friendly and informative about my issues with dry eyes. I had a thorough eye examination and everything was explained in detail. The entire staff from front desk, tech, to optic center was very kind. More
